Qualifications

  • Must pass a DOJ, FBI, and Child Abuse Central Index Fingerprint Clearance
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be declared able to work by a physician including ability to pass a TB test

Expectations

  • Maintain professional boundaries 
  • Be dedicated to growing personally and professionally
  • Have a passion for working with at-risk youth in a fast paced environment
  • Be dedicated to your shift 
  • Attend 3 hours of zoom/online training a month
  • Must be fully vaccinated and boosted for COVID 19
  • Attend ongoing trainings that will benefit your future career development

Transitional Housing Support Counselor

 You must have at least a AA in a social or behavioral science, Bachelor's Degree preferred and at least 6 months of experience working with at-risk adolescents.

  • Weekend Support Counselor: Friday 3-11p, Saturday 3-11p, Sunday 2-10p (24 Hours)
  • Weekend Support Counselor: Saturday 7a-4p and Sunday 7a-4p (18 Hours)

Awake Night Counselor

 You must have at least an AA in a social or behavioral science and at least 6 months of experience working with at-risk adolescents.

  • Awake Night Counselor for Transitional Housing Program: Friday & Saturday 11p-7a (16 hours)

Relief Counselor for day and overnight shifts: Available to pick up shifts on an as needed basis. There are no guaranteed hours. This shift is ideal for those entering the social work field.
